This course provides you with the knowledge and tools to manage mental health and ill health in the workplace. Perhaps you are a manager and have employees who have some form of mental illness or diagnosis? During the days, we go through the most common diagnoses that you may encounter and look at both how you can act preventively and after ill health has been discovered.
