Sveapsykologerna offers online investigations in neuropsychiatric diagnoses such as ADHD, ADD and autism, so that no matter where you are in the country, you can get a diagnosis, and help with the diagnosis that is made. The investigations contain the same parts as if we had met in a reception and are as safe and thorough as traditional investigations.

Most of the investigation is done digitally, you need to take the sample at an approved clinic, there are several throughout Sweden. The conversations with you and also with a relative are done online via a meeting tool, however, we want to meet you at a clinic in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö on one occasion.
An online assessment at Sveapsykologerna costs from SEK 29,995 and after the assessment we can also conduct an assessment for ADHD medication.
How is an online assessment for ADHD, ADD and autism carried out?
We start with an introductory interview to see if it is reasonable to assume that there is a risk of a neuropsychiatric diagnosis. If, after the introductory interview, we believe that there is a basis for an investigation, we will have several conversations with you, we will talk about what your everyday life looks like today and what it has looked like during your childhood.
Your psychologist will also talk to a relative who has known you since you were a child, to get an outsider's perspective on you and your upbringing.
You will also have to undergo tests, cognitive tests and answer questions where you and a family member will rate your ability in different areas.
Online ADHD assessment

Results of the investigation
When we compile the results of the different parts, we will make a diagnosis and you will receive the answer during a digital call. You will then have the opportunity to ask questions and get advice on possible treatment.
Treatment after online investigation
Of course, you can receive treatment at Sveapsykologerna after an assessment. Everyone works differently and we will develop a treatment plan that suits you.
After a diagnosis, it is common to start ADHD medication as a treatment. We will help you with a medical treatment if we think it will help you. During the start of medical treatment, you will have regular contact with a psychiatrist who will check and monitor your medication intake.
We strongly recommend that, after receiving a diagnosis, you engage in counseling with a therapist or psychologist. It is a way to get help in the form of tools and structures to make your everyday life easier. Usually, counseling runs parallel to medical treatment for some time.
