Self-assessment test for ADHD

About the test

This self-assessment test is based on the ASRS (Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale), a tool used in Swedish healthcare to identify signs of ADHD and ADD in adults. The test is adapted for online use and gives you a first indication of whether you recognize common symptoms.

Before you start the test:

  • This test is not a substitute for a professional evaluation. A diagnosis can only be made by a licensed psychologist or physician with specialist expertise.

  • The questions in the test focus on core symptoms of ADHD, but do not take into account other causes that may affect concentration, impulsivity, or activity level.

  • The results provide an indication, not a complete picture of how ADHD can manifest itself.

  • A high result may be a signal to take your difficulties seriously and consider contacting healthcare.

  • Remember: regardless of your score, it is important to seek help if you feel that your well-being is being affected in everyday life.
