"You don't need to go to a psychologist to make a psychological change," says David Waskuri, who addresses stress, anxiety, depression and also relationship problems, among other things. Not least, he emphasizes the importance of planning your recovery – just as well as you plan your visits to the gym or to the hairdresser.
David Waskuri was born in 1981 in Stockholm. After many years of studies in Norrland and an internship abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he eventually moved back to his hometown, where he now lives with his family. David is a licensed psychologist, specialist in psychological treatment and psychotherapy, licensed psychotherapist and sociologist. He is the founder of Sveapsykologierna, which is located in both Stockholm, Gothenburg and soon also in Malmö. Through his professional role, he has participated in various newspaper articles and television, created online courses, ran a podcast and delivered lectures in digital form.
The content of the book follows the design of the psychotherapeutic conversation with questions and concrete exercises to see warning signs and be able to provide adequate help. Fill-in exercises are included. The content has simple language and is educationally structured. The book is suitable for people who are at risk of developing fatigue syndrome.
